Dr. Barry Wissler

Dr. Barry Wissler is the founding President of HarvestNet™ International. Having pastored Ephrata Community Church for 37 years, Barry passed leadership to a successor and now focuses on training emerging leaders and building organizational teams. HNI serves churches in Europe, Asia, North and South America, and Africa.

Kevin Eshleman

Kevin Eshleman is the senior pastor of Ephrata Community Church. He is also currently serving on the Ephrata/Akron Ministerium and the Cocalico District School Board. Kevin has a master’s diploma from the Wagner Leadership Institute and a Master of Divinity in World Christianity at Evangelical Theological Seminary. He and his wife Stephanie have two children: Hannah and Daniel.

Dale Brubaker

Dale Brubaker is the Vice President of Facilities & Property Management for the Dutch Valley Family of Companies. He has served in various executive leadership roles in his 30+ years of tenure. Dale also owns DASH Management Group, a real estate investment company with a mission to create real value in property and places. He and his wife, Sharon, are passionate about healthy marriage and families, and the Kingdom impact healthy families have on society. They have 4 sons and reside near Newmanstown, PA.

Steven Fisher

Steven grew up in Lancaster County and married Crystal in 2016. They have three children (Jade, Cadence, and Manny) and love watching them grow up. Steven is an avid reader of history and loves monitoring both economic and political trends. In his free time, he enjoys trail running and has a goal of running a 100-mile race someday.
Steven is the lead pastor of Branch Community Church in Gordonville, PA and is on a mission to see the church become “a house of prayer for all nations”.

Manny Santhosam

Immanuel (Manny) Santhosam is the president of Prince of Peace Ministries International and has served in leadership and pastoral roles for over three decades throughout Asia, Europe, and the United States. As president of Prince of Peace, he leads a network of over 300 branch/house churches and has a passion to develop the next generation of leaders. He and his wife, Cathryn, have three children.

Barth Bailey

Barth Bailey is a seasoned technology and cybersecurity executive with over four decades of experience. As the former Chief Information Security Officer for Fulton Bank and Founding Board Chair of the Cyber Risk Institute, Barth is a frequent speaker and advisor on cybersecurity, governance, regulatory compliance, and financial services sector-wide innovation. He has also been providing oversight for Seeds of Hope since 2008. Barth and his wife Linda have been committed members of Ephrata Community Church since 2007.
