Marc has served in various forms of church leadership for over 25 years, including teaching, preaching, counseling, evangelism, & church planting.
Marc & his wife Kim now reside in San Diego, CA. They have 3 grown children, Allie, Taylor & David. Marc is also on staff at Foothills Christian Church in El Cajon, CA. His pastoral responsibilities include preaching at services & conferences, & mentoring.

Desmond Frey was born in Zurich, Switzerland & spent most of his childhood years between Switzerland & South Africa. He has been involved in various aspects of ministry from Bible school director, church planter, humanitarian mission’s coordinator, senior pastor, church overseer, & European Director for several international ministries.
During the 90’s Desmond joined the corporate world, where he held various senior management & executive positions. This valuable experience only strengthened Desmond’s passion for mentoring next-gen church leaders. As John Maxwell’s Senior EQUIP Partner for Europe, Desmond raised up several teams across 14 European countries to train over 90 thousand new leaders in local churches.
Today Desmond serves on the lead team of Buchegg Church, a multi-campus mega-church in the heart of Zurich, Switzerland. He continues to coach pastors & church teams in Europe.
Desmond & Sandy have been married for 35 years & have hosted their “Refresh” marriage conference all around the world. They love ministering together & never seem to run out of examples after being empty nesters to four adult kids & nine grandkids.
